Here is SR they come into our area to steal mail, packages, and other stuff. They need money for drugs. We have a School of Rock here in San Ramon. You'd think they'd have a venue locally to showcase their talents, and people could come to listen to the different kinds of music. I think having a venue or venues would encourage young people to learn to play music or come out and enjoy music instead of being isolated.
